One of the most important types of posting is the use of industrial safety signs Many government agencies insist, and by law require, safety signs to be displayed in a work area so that the workers are reminded of some of the safety rules that need to be implemented in order to keep their environment safe and accident free.

Reflective Safety Vests
Law Enforcement is not the only occupation that utilizes the benefits of safety vests. Many occupations do. Road construction workers wear reflective safety vests so they are more easily visible to the drivers on the road they are repairing. Uses of propane
Propane is used as a cooking fuel in gas barbecues, portable camping and RV stoves, and full-sized kitchen stoves. It's used to power cars, buses, forklifts, and taxis. Hot water heaters and laundry dryers may also run on propane. An RV refrigerator may be powered by propane. The Diesel Engine
In 1892, Rudolf Diesel invented the concept of the diesel engine and got a patent for it. Mr. Diesel wanted to create a high-efficiency engine and achieved his goal. Natural gas engines, invented in 1876, were not very efficient. A main difference between the diesel engine and the natural gas engine was the injection process. Most natural gas engines use a carburetor or port injection rather than direct injection. In a gas engine, the fuel is sent into the cylinder during the intake stroke and then it is compressed. A diesel engine only compresses air; consequently, the compression ratio is much higher. More power is generated with a higher compression ratio. Today diesel generators are found mainly in commercial uses.

Basics of the torque wrench
The simplest torque wrenches consists of a long lever arm between a handle and the wrench head. It is made of an elastic material that will bend slightly under the application of torque. A second smaller bar with an indicator is connected from the head parallel to the lever arm. This second arm remains straight, as it is not under any strain. A calibrated scale, fitted to the handle, moves under the indicator when the main lever bends. When the desired torque is reached, the operator ceases applying force. This simple type of torque wrench is useful but not very precise.

Installing ceramic tiles
To properly install ceramic tile, a good base foundation or under layment is critical. It usually consists of plywood 3/4" to 1-1/4" thick. Placing tile over linoleum or existing tile is also possible as long as it is solid and level. When tiling over linoleum, it is recommended that you first apply ring nails or screws 6" on center over the entire area. You can also install tiles directly on concrete. In all cases, make sure that the floor is level and clean. It should be free of dust and debris. If necessary, you can apply a leveling compound. Ceramic tile saws will help cut your tiles for a crisp looking floor.

Steel-toed boots: myth and reality
One of the perceived drawbacks to steel-toed boots is the idea that if something heavy strikes the tip of your work boot, the metal shield will be pushed downward and sever the toes. Although this is possible, it would take a much harder blow to deform the metal shield than it would take to crush the toes in a regular boot. In other words, if your foot gets hit hard enough to damage the metal, your toes were already doomed to injury. Your feet are much better protected with steel-toed boots than with regular boots.
